Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

• Your order will be shipped from our California warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
• We offer free shipping on all of our products to the lower 48 states of the United States. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or another country, please contact us for a rate quote.
• When your order is shipped, you will be emailed or texted with a tracking number.
• All of our models are packaged securely with foam sheets, craft papers or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All model ships are packed in an extremely secure wooden crate with custom foam layers for an added protection to the model.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

• We are certain that you will adore our models! However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 7 days for an RMA# and it is your responsibility to return the item back to us for a full refund.
• Please notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days of the shipment's arrival. We will send you a new one at no cost or a refund will be issued when replacement is unavailable. For all other reasons, you must pay for the return shipping cost to us. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization, and it is your responsibility to return the shipment within 30 days of notifying us. Returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  
• Please inspect large models delivered to you via ground freight for any damages before accepting the shipment. If the shipment arrives damaged, simply refuse it and note the reason on the delivery receipt before signing it off. This will enable us to work directly with the freight company and send you a new replacement.
